Am I able to customise the program?

Yes, you are able to customise the program with Mummy Mei.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

You come first. Mummy Mei takes great pride and care in our work. Do communicated directly to us about what you are concerned with so that we can bring you even better services in future.

Can I do cancellations and refunds?

The moment you do your booking, Mummy Mei starts work. I regret that no refunds will be made. However, should circumstances arise (medical or personal reasons), the booking can be postponed.

Am I able to postpone my booking?

Mummy Mei has committed the time to you once a booking is done. Postponement are not allowed unless there are valid reasons to it. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
